Use Your Tankcoffee Vote

We have a passion. No. We have two passions. Good coffee and ensuring the farmers who supply our coffee get a better wage for their coffee crop. Sounds a bit topsy-turvy, but we’re putting the farmer higher up the list, when we’re sharing the profit in the supply chain. We do this by paying the growers more for the coffee they produce and also by allowing you, yes you, to choose which African farming or community project we invest in on your behalf.

Here’s how it works. Every time you buy a box of tankcoffee, you’re entitled to one vote to choose which project we invest in. The more tankcoffee you buy, the more votes you have. Coffee is not simply a commodity. It’s about relationships. So we go to Africa ourselves to see with our own eyes what the conditions are like, by doing this we understand their specific needs and make sure they’re being met. We offer you the opportunity to come along too (you’ll have to help with travel and accommodation), but you’ll get to see just what a positive impact we can have on so many peoples lives.
